A rough clean happens while trades are still working and clears debris and heavy dust. A final clean happens once construction is done and brings every surface, fixture, and floor to a handover standard. A touch-up clean happens right before the walkthrough or move-in to catch anything left by last-minute punch-list work. Most projects need all three; some only need a final.
